प्रतिनिधी Editor Pradnyaruchi Kamble : सुपे : Positive Thoughts Lead to a Bright Future – Sonali Khade
Supe, September 22, 2026:
Vidya Pratishthan’s Supe English Medium School organised a special student-focused guidance session on “A Healthy Mind, A Bright Future” for students from Classes 6 to 12.
The session was conducted by Ms. Sonali Khade, Psychologist, Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach, from Baramati, in the presence of Principal Dr. Yogesh Patil, teachers and students.
Ms. Khade addressed key aspects of mental health, emotional well-being, stress and anxiety management, positive thinking and personality development. She encouraged students to choose good company, develop a positive mindset and take responsibility for their thoughts, actions and decisions. Emphasising that “You are the architects of your own lives,” she urged students to focus on how their actions would affect their own lives rather than worrying about others’ opinions.
Special Interaction with Students Involved in the Bus Accident
Ms. Khade also had a special interaction with students who had recently been involved in an ST bus accident. Addressing the fear, anxiety and stress they experienced after the incident, she guided them on maintaining emotional stability, managing stress and developing a positive outlook.
Students Samruddhi Kadam, Anushka Kharade and Anushka Kedari shared that the session helped them understand their emotions, manage stress, appreciate the importance of parents and look at life with a more positive perspective.
The programme was anchored by Kavita Chandgude, while Dada Raut proposed the vote of thanks.
# Whether it is a bus accident or the various emotional and social traumas we face in life # positivity is crucial to overcome all such crises. To nurture this positivity among children # Vidya Pratishthan's Supe English Medium School organized a special session yesterday.
